It’s not that big a deal if you have a gf or not. We’ve been together over a year now. There is an abundance of information. Webmy girlfriend’s anxiety is seriously affecting our relationship and i don’t know what to do we’re both 21 and in our senior year of college. Webyou may not be able to entirely avoid all relationship anxiety, but there are things you can do to quiet the constant questioning and spend more time actually enjoying what you. Socially anxious people may be shy/introverted, but shy/introverted people do. Webintroversion and shyness (personality characteristics) are not social anxiety (mental distress). It won’t solve anything.
